Russian Glass Scientist dies

We are sad to announce that we learned recently that Prof Oleg Mazurin had died. In a short message Edgar Zanotto wrote: ‘Oleg was a GREAT scientist, the FATHER of SciGlass – which is now the basis for booming ML research on glasses.” Many others too have sent messages indicating the high regard in which he was held.
