The 2024 ICG Winter School will focus on glass science and technology fundamentals, honing in on high-strength transparent glass ceramics, all within a new student-centered teaching approach. World-class glass scientists from academia and industry will provide a feast about glass. The participants will learn a lot from the school.

The CeRTEV team is organizing the second School on Glasses and Glass-ceramics from April 22 to April 27, 2024, following the success of the First International School in 2015.

Some of the school’s main objectives are to provide state-of-the-art information on the structure, dynamic processes, and optical, electrical, mechanical, and biochemical properties of glasses and glass ceramics. Strengthen the international network of CeRTEV collaborators.
