Oleg Mazurin Passed Away
We are sad to announce that we learned recently that Prof Oleg Mazurin had died. In a short message Edgar Zanotto wrote: 'Oleg was a GREAT scientist, the FATHER of SciGlass - which is now the basis for booming ML research on glasses."
Robert Brill Passed Away
It is with great sadness that we have to say that we were recently notified of Bob Brill's death on 7 April 2021. We are told that he was witty, comfortable, and peaceful at his home with his wife, daughter, and cat during his last days.
Mark Davis Passed Away
Mark Joseph Davis, Ph.D., 60, son of Grace E. Davis and Sheldon Davis, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on April 2, 2021. Mark fought a courageous battle with brain cancer for 17 months.
